Pets are welcome here!
We welcome up to two pets per home. Residents pay a $300 one-time pet fee + $35/month pet rent per pet. Restricted breeds include Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf Hybrid (or mixes). 75 lb max weight.
Note that all lease-holding residents must create and maintain a Pet Screening profile for any pets on the lease for the full duration of residency.
